It is unusual for me to comment on dental experience. However, I just want to let you know that the thank you cards are unnecessary. Visits to your office are always pleasant and I look forward to seeing the office staff. The office is a perfect combination of professional guidance and lighthearted conversation, and I never know what kind of art or statues will grace the lobby. No more thank you notes please. I wouldn’t know how to stop bringing a morning snack, which started when Dr. Berdy hacked asway at my gums and sent me out the back door, so that waiting patients could not see the blood. Wishing the two Berdys and all of the girls (I’m so jealous) continued success. Thanks

I had my first 2 appointments with Dr Berdy this week and they were both great experiences. It’s a 30 minute drive for me to get to Dr Berdy’s office, but it’s worth the trip. Aysha, Lynn, Marsha and the entire staff made me feel very welcomed and this is definitely the only dental office I feel comfortable going to from now on in the Jacksonville area.

My first experience at Berdy dental was really great! Everyone was just so friendly and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Cary Berdy was very serious about helping me with my admittedly rough teeth too. I got the impression that my oral health really matters to him and that the issues I have with my teeth are absolutely solvable!

I was wounded in the jaw in Vietnam and lost teeth and bone. So in the ensuing years I’ve seen lots of dentists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists. Such experience has left me being a highly critical dental patient. Needing some work, the VA sent me to the Berdy Dental Group to have it performed. I had never been there previously. As I was being shown to the correct operatory I was introduced to every staff member we passed, shown where the restroom was located, and shown some of their latest, high-tech equipment that we passed by. Just evaluated and X-rayed on my first visit. On the second visit I had a crown removed, a cavity under it repaired and a new crown installed. All in one morning.

I have never seen a dental office as up-to-date. Nor have I ever been treated as professionally and courteously by every member of their staff. I have already suggested my wife change to the Berdy Dental Clinic. I consider myself an old, experienced, and hard-to-please dental patient. This is the best dental office and work I’ve experienced in a very long time, if ever.
