Dr. Cary Berdy was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL where he graduated from St. Mark’s Episcopal Day School and The Bolles School. He attended Vanderbilt University and received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Dr. Berdy received his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond. During his four years of dental school, he participated in student leadership, mission trips to southwest Virginia, Guatemala, and Jamaica, and a three-week study abroad exchange program in China at the Qingdao Stomatological Hospital. At graduation, he was honored with the prestigious O.W. Clough award for excellence in general dentistry. He continues to expand his training through continuing education courses throughout the country and participating in a local study club.
